Dr. Agustin Sanchez, MD

Dr. Sanchez is the Medical Director of the Fortis Healthcare Team. He is a Board Certified PM&R Specialist and is certified in Wound Care.

Dr. Shannon Ballard, BS, DC

Dr. Shannon Ballard is a board certified Chiropractor and an executive member of the Fortis Healthcare Team. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

Michael Silva is an executive member of the Fortis Healthcare Team. He graduated 1st in his class from Chamberlain University with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and is currently pursuing his Masters. He currently works in the Pediatric field and is Wound Care Certified.
